Begin any new work with Ganesha.

Samagri

• Ganesha image or murti
• Red flowers
• Durva grass
• Modak or laddu
• Lamp and incense
• Red tilak

Steps

• Clean the altar and place Ganesha on it.
• Light the lamp and incense.
• Offer water, tilak and flowers.
• Offer durva grass and modak.
• Chant Om Gam Ganapataye Namah 21 times.
• Do aarti and share the prasad.
